Elected in November, 2007, for the term of April 1, 2008 through March 31, 2012.

Married James (Jim) Austin on October 27, 1979 and have 3 Children: Timothy, Alexandra & Ben.

Built our home in Chester Twp. in 1984 and moved into it in January 1985.

Graduated in 1978 with a B.B.A. in Accounting from Cleveland State University and was a 1973 graduate of Euclid Senior High School.

Received my CPA certificate on May 8, 1981.

Started my own CPA practice in December, 1983 and incorporated it in January, 1998. It has been located in Chester Twp. since January, 1985.

To maintain my permit to practice as a CPA in the State of Ohio, I must attend 120 classroom hours of Continuing Professional Education per 3-year period, with a minimum of 20 hours per year.

In February, 2004, received the State of Ohio Auditor’s ‘Ohio Fiscal Accountability Certification’

Attended the Local Government Official’s Conference in March, 2004.
