The Chester Township Road Superintendent is Charles Mascella. His family moved into Chester Township in 1967. He is a graduate of the West Geauga School System and continued at Lakeland Community College in the field of civil engineering. He has been with the department for over 28 years and has been superintendent for nearly 20 years. Mr. Mascella also serves as the Cemetery Sexton.
