OPEN MEETING FOR
PUBLIC INPUT:
Mr. Steinberg from the West
Geauga Kiwanis Club brought to the public’s attention
that they were sponsoring a circus
on July 29th at the West Geauga
High School.
Performance times are 4:30
pm and 7:30 pm. Advance sale of tickets are Adults, $8.00
and Children $5.00. The day of the show, Adults are $10.00,
Children $6.00. The Kiwanis Club was looking for retailers to
sell the advance tickets and would appreciate any help the township might give
them.
2005-361 Mr.
Stevens moved to pay $8,820.00 to the Electolite Company to repair the
electrical problems at the park,
out of appropriation #1009-309-300-0000 if
the Chester Township Park District has insufficient funds for the necessary
repair.
Mrs. Mula seconded. Vote: Unanimous. Motion passed.
Mrs. Mula inquired as to
how the township was going to quantify if they have the necessary funds? Mr. Downs
stated that they would bring their checkbook and bank statements to the next
meeting.

Hall and is available upon request.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to bring before the Board,
Mr. Stevens adjourned the meeting at 9:44 pm.
