The Chester Township Board of Trustees met in special session Monday, May 23, 2005, in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 6:00 p.m. Chairman Charles R. Stevens, presided.

All trustees present.

Mr. Stevens appointed Mrs. Mula Clerk pro-tem.

Also present: Matthew Dolan, Esq., Jaredd Flynn, Esq. and Richard Johnson, Esq.from Thrasher, Dinsmore and Dolan.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

2005-271. Mr. Stevens moved to enter into Executive Session regarding Pending

Litigation pursuant to ORC 121.22 G (3) and invite the above-listed representatives from Thrasher, Dinsmore & Dolan Law Firm to join the Board. Mrs. Mula seconded. Roll call vote: Mr. Montague, yes; Mrs. Mula, yes; Mr. Stevens, yes. Motion passed.

The Board and guests entered Executive Session at 6:12 p.m.

The Board re-entered Public Session at 7:13 p.m.

There being no further business before the Board, Mr. Stevens adjourned the meeting at 7:13 p.m.
