The Chester Township Board of Trustees met in special session May 16, 2005, held at the West Geauga Middle School Cafeteria at 5:31p.m. Chairman Charles R. Stevens, presided.

Present: All trustees, the clerk, Senator Tim Grendell, Dr. Anthony Podojil, Police Chief Joe Orosz, Road Superintendent Chuck Mascella and Fire Chief William Russell. Also in attendance were representatives from First Energy and also Chester Township Residents.

The purpose of the meeting was to answer questions and comments regarding the power outages which have become more frequent in Chester Township.

Questions taken from the audience at this time by all persons present and as listed above.

Clerk Austin asked Mia Moore, Area Manager of First Energy, if she could please provide a copy of the power point presentation of this evening’s meeting to be attached as part of the minutes. Ms. Moore said she would provide a copy of the presentation.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business before the Board, Mr. Stevens adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
