The Chester Township Board of Trustees met in special session Saturday, August 14, 2004, at the old CVS location in the West Geauga Plaza at 9:00 a.m. Chairman James A. Montague, presided.

All trustees and the clerk present.

AUCTION

There was no discussion referencing the three vehicles which were up for auction.

Mr. Tom Marous, Auctioneer, informed the Board of Trustees that the bid on the house at 12487 Harold Drive is at $187,500.00.

2004-356. Mr. Montague moved to accept a bid of $187,500.00 for the property located

at 12487 Harold Drive. Mr. Marous suggested re-opening the bid to see where the bid would go from there. All trustees concurred that Mr. Marous should re-open the bid.

Mr. Marous came back to the Board and said an additional $1,000.00 was added to the bid. Would the Board sell the house for $188,500.00?

2004-357. Mr. Montague moved to approve the sale of the house for $188,500.00 at 12487 Harold Drive. Mrs. Mula seconded. Call vote: Mr. Stevens, yes; Mrs. Mula, yes; Mr. Montague, yes. Motion passed.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business before the Board, Mr. Montague adjourned the meeting at 11:42 a.m.
