The Chester Township Board of Trustees met in special session Wednesday, February 18, 2004, in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 6:35 p.m. Chairman James A. Montague, presided.

Trustees Montague and Mula present; Trustee Stevens to arrive later due to car problems. Also in attendance: Dale H. Markowitz, Esq., Richard G. Johnson, Esq., J. Jaredd Flynn, Esq.

Mr. Montague appointed Mrs. Mula Clerk pro-tem.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

2004-76. Mr. Montague moved to enter Executive Session pursuant to ORC 121.22 G(3) and invite Dale Markowitz, Esq., Richard G. Johnson, Esq. and J. Jaredd Flynn, Esq. in to the Executive Session. Mrs. Mula seconded. Roll call vote: Mrs. Mula, yes; Mr. Montague, yes. Motion passed.

The Board and invited guests entered Executive Session at 6:36 p.m.

The Board-re-entered regular session at 9:14 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business before the Board, Mr. Montague adjourned the meeting at 9:15 p.m.
