The Chester Township Board of Trustees met in regular session Tuesday, November 23, 2004, in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 6:31 p.m. Vice-chairman Stevens, presided.

Mr. Stevens appointed Mr. Montague clerk pro-tem.

Dated November 20, 2004. Mr. Montague seconded. Vote: Unanimous. Motion passed.

2004-547. Mr. Stevens moved to approve and sign Payroll Warrants #PY 46257

through 46295; Payroll Withholding Warrants #PW 46296 through 46306; Voucher Warrants #VW 46307 and 46308. Mr. Montague seconded. Vote: Unanimous. Motion passed.

Clerk’s note: The ending # used on 11-18-04 was #46256; the beginning # used on 11-23-04 is #46257.

2004-548. Mr. Stevens moved to approve and sign bonding documents from Clear

Lake Lumber, Inc. for logging operations on Brook Lane and Ferry Lane in Chester Township. Mr. Montague seconded. Vote: Unanimous. Motion passed.

There being no further business before the Board, Mr. Stevens adjourned the meeting at 6:47 p.m.
